Foundation Statute

It establishes its status as a non-profit entity dedicated to sustainable and intercultural development in the Puna region. It defines its mission, objectives, and principles, focused on environmental and cultural preservation and the promotion of solidarity economies. It regulates its institutional structure, comprised of a General Assembly, a Board of Directors, and an Executive Directorate. It determines the rights, duties, and types of members, as well as the mechanisms for their incorporation and removal. It establishes operating rules for assemblies, voting, and decision-making. It defines the economic regime, sources of financing, and the use of assets in the event of dissolution. It details specific functions of the authorities, rules for bylaw reform, and internal control. It reinforces the principles of transparency, legality, and territorial coordination. It recognizes the importance of community participation and partnerships with public and private actors. All institutional actions must be aligned with the founding purposes and values ​​of equity, inclusion, and respect for cultural diversity.

Internal Operating Regulations

The Internal Regulations establish the organizational, ethical, and operational framework that governs our operations. They define an institutional structure composed of governing bodies, departments, and specialized committees, with a strong emphasis on participatory strategic planning. They regulate the participation of members, collaborators, and volunteers, detailing their rights, duties, categories, and recognition mechanisms. They establish principles of financial transparency, community accountability, and document control. They integrate a cross-cutting approach to gender, inclusion, and intercultural respect. They regulate external partnerships, ethical protocols, and personal data protection. They incorporate the classification and periodic evaluation of institutional causes and promote alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals. They include mechanisms for participatory regulatory review and the development of complementary manuals for efficient management.

Volunteer Regulations

This Regulation establishes the principles and standards for those who collaborate with its causes. It defines the profile of volunteers and the areas of participation, from technical projects to cultural and community actions. It establishes a transparent merit system based on commitment, impact, and leadership. It classifies volunteers into five categories with progressive certifications. It regulates schedules, benefits, and task assignments based on strategic needs. It includes provisions on insurance, logistical support, entry requirements, and a semiannual evaluation. It promotes intercultural training and respect for indigenous worldviews. It establishes a rigorous code of conduct and details the reasons for termination.
